About The Retreat
There is no doubt that Fall is upon us and there is no better way than to be outside and catch all the beautiful colors and smells of the season. The historic town of Geneva has given us the perfect backdrop to soak it all in. Bring a friend or meet a new one as we spend an afternoon of cycling, yoga, and lunch. The perfect mini get-a-way without having to go very far.

Revive, Relax and Refresh
Cycling is such a great form of exercise. It can help increase cardiovascular fitness, decrease stress levels and improve joint mobility. Being outside is a great mental boost, especially along a beautiful river with lots of changing colors of the season. After a nice long ride, yoga is the perfect wind-down to help stretch your legs, clear your mind and find a little creativity within yourself through every pose. After all that, what better way to end your afternoon then with a delicious farm to food light brunch.

Wholesome Eating
Eating a healthier diet helps your feel better, have more energy and can even boost your mood. We are keeping it simple with clean, fresh ingredients from the locals with a private chef from the area.
What's Included
10:00 AM Join us as we start our day with an easy cycle ride along the Fox River with bikes from Mill Race Cyclery. You can pair up or take the ride at your own leisure along the miles of trails along the river and beautiful fall lines trees. Don’t forget to stop and take some breathtaking photos and maybe even take some time to sit an journal for a few minutes.
12:00 PM: Meet us back at noon under the Island Park Pavilion for a 75-minute Vinyasa Flow (all levels welcome)
1:30 PM: We finish out afternoon with light family-style lunch and great conversation at Craft Urban on James Street in downtown Geneva.
