Vibe Yoga Philosophy

Vibe Yoga Joint was created by E-RYT Christina Vitone to make Yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of their physical, mental or spiritual means. Cultivating the practice of Yoga and creating customized classes, workshops and some really cool retreats that can be held in your home, unique locations and even oversees. Our inner energies, our VIBES within all of us regulate our bodies and emotions. Incorporating a healthy yoga practice that fits into your individual lifestyle is what we focus on. Making it fun and accessible is what VIBE is all about. Christina also teaches Groups Yoga classes at a local studio in the Western Suburbs of Chicago.

Balance Your Vibes

Our VIBE is your own emotional state, it can be a feeling or a state of mind. When you have a regular yoga practice, you can shift that Vibe to where you need it to be, from a stressful day to a feeling of clarity, strength, excitement and relaxation. Be open to a healthy VIBE.

Connect

Yoga means “Union”, a connection to yourself. In the yoga practice we do many things to help improve our physical and mental self. When your mind is clear, you can begin to focus on your life’s path and goals.

Let go

Yoga helps you to feel present, grounded, clear and in control. A regular practice can bring you clarity and empowerment so you can let got of the past, emotionally, physically and spirituality. Letting go to find your peace and freedom.

Break a Sweat

The heat created in the body while you practice cleans the thick, impure blood and makes it thinner. This helps improve blood circulation throughout the body. When you put the breath, movement and body heat together, there is this detoxification that happens, a sort of clearing out some internal and emotional space that has been clogged.

About Christina Vitone

I started my journey into the practice of Yoga, just as an exploratory curiosity. I knew friends that were practicing it regularly, each using it as means of healing, strength, flexibility and a little peace. I had been a runner, stair climber, gym machine users and was not used to the movement that was being introduced to my body. It took me almost a year before I fully became committed. Once I understood how my body and mind were responding, I became more interested in the history of Yoga, and in 2010 I started my own exploration through a teacher training program and have never looked back.

02 Do You Teach Private Yoga Lessons?

Yes, I teach Private Yoga Sessions in Clients homes or at Simply Yoga Studio. Private sessions run 75 – 90 minutes and are customized individually to meet your needs and goals. Feel free to contact me for more information.

03 What Yoga Certificates and Qualifications do you have?

Over 2000 Teaching Hours, 300 Training hours
